Because all of our promotional products are custom-made and imprinted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or order cancellations after production has begun.
However, we stand fully behind our work. If there is a problem with your order, we will make it right.

Because all items are produced based on your approved artwork, it is your responsibility to carefully review all digital proofs before giving approval. Once a proof is approved and production begins, we are unable to make changes or accept responsibility for errors that were present in the approved proof.
If you notice an error in your proof, contact us immediately at (469) 502-8660 before approving — we will do everything we can to correct it before production starts.
