You are responsible for carefully reviewing all digital proofs before giving approval. By approving a proof you confirm that:
Once a proof is approved and production begins, we are unable to make changes or accept responsibility for errors that were present in the approved proof. If you notice an error in your proof, contact us immediately at (469) 502-8660 before approving.
Your artwork: You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use all artwork, logos, trademarks, and content you submit to Midlo Spark for production. By submitting artwork, you grant Midlo Spark a limited license to reproduce that artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You retain full ownership of your submitted artwork.
Our designs: Any original artwork, layouts, or designs created by Midlo Spark on your behalf remain the intellectual property of Midlo Spark unless explicitly transferred to you in writing. Custom design work may be subject to additional fees.
Third-party rights: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submitted artwork does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Midlo Spark assumes no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from customer-submitted artwork.

Our Refund & Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review it at MidloSpark.com/refund-policy. Because all products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects, imprint errors, or incorrect items as described in our Refund Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Midlo Spark’s total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your order or use of our website shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Midlo Spark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Midlo Spark and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable attorney’s fees — arising out of or related to your use of our services, your submitted artwork, or your violation of these Terms of Service.
