What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product and supplier. Some items are available with no minimum at all, while others may require a small quantity to meet production requirements. When you request a quote, we’ll let you know the minimum for your specific product — and we’ll always do our best to find options that work for your budget and quantity needs.

Most orders are produced and shipped within 5–10 business days after artwork approval, depending on the product and supplier. We’ll give you a production timeline with your quote so you always know what to expect. Have a specific deadline? Let us know upfront and we’ll find the best option to meet it.

Yes — for many products a pre-production sample or digital proof is available before your full order goes into production. We will always send you a digital proof for approval before anything is produced. Physical samples may vary by product and supplier and could affect your timeline, so let us know early if a sample is important to you.

Rush production is available on many products, though it depends on the item and the supplier’s current capacity. If you have a tight deadline, contact us as early as possible and we’ll do everything we can to make it work. Rush orders may be subject to additional fees depending on the product and turnaround required.

For the best print results we prefer vector files — AI, EPS, or SVG formats work best as they can be scaled to any size without losing quality. PDF files are also accepted if they are saved in vector format. If you only have a JPG or PNG, don’t worry — just send us what you have and we’ll let you know if it will work or if adjustments are needed.

Absolutely! While we are proudly based in Midlothian and serve the entire DFW area, we ship orders anywhere in the United States. Local DFW customers also have the option of local pickup or delivery for added convenience.
