Refund & Return Policy Content

At Midlo Spark, we take great pride in the quality of every order we produce. Because all of our promotional products are custom-made and imprinted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or order cancellations after production has begun.

However, we stand fully behind our work. If there is a problem with your order, we will make it right.

What We Cover

We will offer a reprint or refund in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing defects — items that arrive damaged, flawed, or unusable due to a production error.
  • Print or imprint errors — your logo, artwork, or text was printed incorrectly and differs from the approved proof
  • Wrong item received — you received a different product, color, or style than what was ordered
  • Incorrect quantity — you received significantly fewer items than what was invoiced

What We Do Not Cover

The following situations are not eligible for a refund or reprint:

  • Orders where a digital proof was approved by you and produced as approved — including any errors present in the approved proof
  • Slight color variations between your digital proof and the finished product, as color rendering varies between screens and print methods
  • Dissatisfaction with a product that was produced correctly as ordered
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control
  • Orders where incorrect artwork, files, or information was submitted by the customer

How to Submit a Claim

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or reprint, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 7 days of the confirmed delivery date may not be eligible for resolution.To submit a claim, contact us at:

Please include the following with your claim:

  • Your name and order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or error

Resolution Options

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Reprint — we will reproduce the affected items at no charge to you
  • Partial or full refund — issued to the original payment method

We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.

Shipping on Returns

If a return shipment is required to resolve your claim:

  • Midlo Spark errors — we will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items that are our responsibility
  • All other situations — the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns

Artwork & Proof Approval

Because all items are produced based on your approved artwork, it is your responsibility to carefully review all digital proofs before giving approval. Once a proof is approved and production begins, we are unable to make changes or accept responsibility for errors that were present in the approved proof.

If you notice an error in your proof, contact us immediately at (469) 502-8660 before approving — we will do everything we can to correct it before production starts.
